课题组目前关注的方向包括：蛋白质和 RNA 结构功能预测、多组学和单细胞数据分析、疾病异质性与生物标志物发现、拓扑数据分析、图神经网络、几何深度学习以及生物医学 AI 工具开发。
欢迎数学、统计、人工智能、生物信息学、医学、药学、生命科学等背景的同学加入。已有 Python、R等编程经验会很有帮助；更重要的是自驱力、持续学习能力、英文文献阅读能力、编程实践能力和认真做事的态度。
毕业时将获得生物信息学理学学位，不是应用数学理学学位。具体招生名额、培养方向和学位要求以南开大学及学院当年招生政策为准。

English Version
We welcome undergraduate students, master’s students, and PhD students who are interested in bioinformatics, medical artificial intelligence, and life science data analysis.
Our current research interests include protein and RNA structure-function prediction, multi-omics and single-cell data analysis, disease heterogeneity and biomarker discovery, topological data analysis, graph neural networks, geometric deep learning, and the development of biomedical AI tools.
Students with backgrounds in mathematics, statistics, artificial intelligence, bioinformatics, medicine, pharmacy, life sciences, and related fields are encouraged to join us. Experience with Python, R, or other programming languages would be helpful. More importantly, we value self-motivation, the ability to learn continuously, English literature reading skills, hands-on programming ability, and a serious attitude toward work and research.
Students will graduate with a degree in Bioinformatics, not in Applied Mathematics. Specific admission positions, training directions, and degree requirements are subject to the official policies of Nankai University and the School.
